About Us

Kimberly Bastianelli started out as a realtor in 1985 and moved into the appraisal side of the business in 1993 in Michigan. When her husband was transferred to Tennessee in 1995, Kimberly stayed home with her two children until they started grade school. In 2004 Kimberly got back into the appraisal world and became certified in Tennessee in April 2005. Thousands of appraisals later, her son, Anthony Bastianelli, joined the company in 2020. Anthony became certified in 2022 and has since streamlined the company's processes to become more accurate and efficient.
